Aims
Champion & Reeves approached CodeLaunch to design and develop a website for their brand new confectionary product range. The main aim was to have a great looking brand where customers and distributers could view their products with large rich images and content, giving the visitor a sense of desire to tase the product with a focus on the high qualityt ingredients and local business to Shropshrie.
How we approached it
Working with the company to advise on photography and layout, a fully responsive website was then designed to allow the great imagery to be shown off. The visitors can easily view and enquire about any product as well as see where official stockists are located.
On the business side, we created a fully bespoke client management leads CRM system to help them keep track on potential stockists and keep notes as well as automated weekly email reports to aid in following up leads.
The results
The new imagery is beautifully displayed on the new website, giving the visitors a real sense of the high quality of product, producing consistent conversions and allowing stockists to be easily discovered. Staff members were also given personal in-depth training on how to add new content with on-going support.
New leads can easily be managed with the bespoke cloud management system. Allowing access to data from anywhere, particularly for remote sales staff. This means the business can be run more consistently with an efficient sales funnel.
